Announcing New Board Members and Officers

CPP is pleased to announce the recent election of new Board Members: Belle Bindursky, an Office Manager at Best Metal Recyclers in Pineville, Betty E. Conner, a retired home-economist, Theresa Louviere, Chief of Nutrition and Food Service at the VA Medical Center and and Jeremy A.(Jay) Ward, Teen Coordinator at The Boys & Girls of Central Louisiana.

There are a total of 16 board member positions and each group of 4 serve a term of 4 years. They are the governing body of the Central Louisiana Community Theatre in Alexandria, LA.

Also elected at the recent meeting were the new officers:

Paula Doyle Antee - President

Rosa Ashby Metoyer - Vice President

Jim Leggett - Secretary

Stewart Riggar - Treasurer

Committee members will be determined during the upcoming weeks and will be announced later this month.

City Park Players, Central Louisiana Community Theatre is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to offering quality cultural activities and experiences to the entire Central Louisiana community through live theatre productions, programming, and education.  The 2010 season is supported, in part, by grants from the Louisiana Division of the Arts and Roy O. Our Community Connection Partners for the 2010 Season are The Boys & Girls Club of Central Louisiana and Rapides Parish Public Library.  Every day these two agencies address issues important to the lives of the residents of our community.  Help us support their investment in all our lives.
