"Hello to everyone!
City Park Players will be holding auditions for the first show of the 2017 Season on Saturday, December 10th at 10:00 am and again on Monday, December 12th at 6:00 pm. The auditions will be held in the Kress Theatre lobby. If you would like to read some of the sides from the play, I will be happy to provide them to you before auditions begin on Saturday.
The play is "Lone Star" by James McClure (a native Alexandrian!) and the show dates are February 9-19, 2017. Yours truly will be directing the play. This one act play will be paired with its sister play "Laundry and Bourbon" and both plays will perform together.
If you are interested or if you know of anyone who is interested in auditioning for a role in the show please pass this email on to them. We also will be looking for Technical Assistance in the form of a Stage Manager, Light Board and Sound Board Operator and Props Master/Mistress.
Rehearsals will begin the first week of January, 2017.

This show - with its sister play "Laundry and Bourbon" - will be a hoot!
These shows should be fun to be in, AND fun to watch!
